Article 1 – Service
Globe House provides a pay advertising service on its web site www.Globhouse.com where there is the possibility to place offer, search, buying, selling or rental advertisements for properties under full advertiser's responsibility. lob House S.r.l. does not provide any Internet access service.

Article 2 – Finalization of contract and its registration
In order to access to our service, user must register by filling in the electronic form present on our site with all the true requested data. From the signing up on, user becomes an advertiser under these general conditions.
After signing up, user is given a username and a password which are necessary to access to our service. Advertiser commits himself to keeping his/her password secret and allows nobody to use it, under pain of compensation in case of damages.

The signing up does not represent the finalization of advertising contract, for which user must follow the following instructions:
1 – Choice of property typology: residential, commercial or land property.
2 – Filling in of the form concerning the typology of property and offer: Rent / Sale.
3 – Inclusion of enclosures such as photos, papers, clips.
4 – Filling in of the form with all requested data for invoicing.

Available languages: Italian, English. As soon as possible also: French, German, Spanish, Russian, Arab, Chinese.

After requesting the service, user will receive a summery of general conditions, details concerning the contract, all information with the essential features of our service, a detailed indication of prices, means of payment, costs and applicable taxes.
 
The finalized contract will be registered as follows:
Electronic and/or paper registration is carried out at GlobHouse S.r.l. society seat.
Data access will be managed and ruled by Glob House S.r.l. officials according to the regulations in force. 
 
Article 3 – Consideration
The service consideration is calculated according to the length and the contents of the advertisement and according to the criteria displayed at the moment of the request for placing an advertisement, criteria that can be modified in order to place further advertisements.
No commission will be charged in ratio of finalization of contract under advertisement.
Internet connection costs are chargeable to advertiser.

Article 4 – Means of consideration payment and invoicing
The consideration must be paid by advertiser on-line and in advance by credit card. User must electronically communicate all credit card data at the moment of the request for placing an advertisement.
The consideration can never be returned, even if advertiser wants no more to place an advertisement.
Glob House S.r.l. does not have responsibility for possible credit card data thefts or fraudulent use of them by third persons.
The invoice will be sent in electronic format to the email address of advertiser or to the other email address given by advertiser.

Article 5 – Advertisement content
Advertiser commits himself not to giving data of third persons or placing illegal or damaging advertisements for third persons` interests, under pain of compensation and recognising the Glob House S.r.l. right to stop immediately the advertisement.

Article 6 – Advertisement placing
Advertisements are placed according to the instructions and needs of Glob House S.r.l. which is totally free to modify the web site and the position of advertisements at any time.
Advertisement placing must be carried out within two working days from the payment, consequently, according to Law Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 Art. 55 paragraph 2 letter A, advertiser has no withdrawal right (it must be also specified on the signing up form).
Advertiser is aware of using a computer mean to place advertisements. Therefore, during the above mentioned term or during the advertising period, technical problems, temporary service discontinuation or temporary impossibility of placing advertisements can occur. They do not entitle user to receive either total and/or partial repayment or other obligations on behalf of Glob House S.r.l.

Article 7 – Contract content limits and provider responsibility limits
Glob House just allows advertiser to place his/her advertisement on the above mentioned web site, without assuming any contract of agency or exerting any brokerage activities.
For example, besides the rules contained in the previous article and in art.4 paragraph 3, Glob House S.r.l. does not take responsibility for the result of possible contracts achieved through the advertisement, of property purchase, of agreed contracts success, of possible direct or indirect damages due to use or non-use of our service.
GlobHouse S.r.l. does not also take responsibility for the dissemination in other web sites (different from that involved in art. 1) of advertisements or data included in them.
GlobHouse does not also take responsibility for possible damages to advertiser’s systems.

Article 8 – Further advertiser’s obligations and guarantee
From a substantive and trial point of view, advertiser declares and agrees to relieve Glob House S.r.l. of any responsibility due to an illegal, incorrect or irregular use of our service by advertiser self or third persons who use advertiser’s username or password to access to the web site. Glob House is also relieved of any compensation, claim, action claimed to Glob House S.r.l. and due to an incorrect advertiser’s or third persons` behaviour.

Article 9 – Processing of personal data notice and consent to treatment
In compliance with art. 13 of the Legislative Decree June 30th 2003, n. 196, concerning processing of personal data, advertiser is informed as follows:
Processing of personal data included in the web site www.Globhouse.com aims exclusively at advertising service, customer database management, invoicing and Glob House S.r.l. social purposes.
Processing of personal data can be carried out by hand or through computer files or company database.
In order to access to Glob House S.r.l. service, all requested personal data must be communicated at the moment of filling in the sign-up and advertising forms. Failing the requested data, advertising service cannot be provided.
All Glob House S.r.l. officers and/or employees may have access to personal data that can be also communicated to third persons (workers, enterprises, companies or their officials or employees) in charge of the management (on behalf of Glob House S.r.l.) of particular services such as hosting service, web site management, accounts and everything provided by the Italian Law.
All the data contained in an advertisement that is requested by an interested party will appear on the web site.
Interested party rights (art. 7 of the Legislative Decree June 30th 2003, n. 196):
1. Interested party has the right to receive a confirmation of the existence of data concerning him/herself, even if they have not already been registered, and to receive a intelligible communication of it.

2. Interested party has the right to receive information about:
a. personal data origin;
b. processing purposes and modes;
c. applied method in case of data processing by means of electronic tools;
d. identifying data of holder, persons and agents in charge in compliance with art. 5 of the Legislative Decree June 30th 2003, n. 196, paragraph 2;
e. persons or enterprises to which personal data may be communicated or persons or enterprises that may get to know them as agents of Italian State or persons in charge.

3. Interested party has the right to get:
a. Data updating, rectification and integration;
b. Data deletion, their change into an anonymous form and a list of processed data in case of violation of Privacy Law, including those whose registration is not necessary according to the purpose for which they had been collected and subsequently processed.
c. Demonstration of the fact that the rights and contents provided by points a. and b. have been communicated to the persons to which data had been communicated and disseminated, except when its fulfilment is impossible or needs means out of proportion if compared with the provided right.

4. Interested party has the right to fully or partially oppose:
a. processing of data that involves him/her and are not important for the collecting purpose;
b. processing of data that involves him/her in advertising papers sending, direct selling, market researches or commercial communication.

The advertiser agrees to the processing of his/her personal data as mentioned above.

Article 10 – Applicable law, jurisdiction and exclusive competence
The contract finalized between advertiser and Glob House S.r.l. and their consequent relationship are exclusively ruled by the Italian Law.
In case of disputes resulted from the contract finalized between advertiser and Glob House S.r.l., the jurisdiction as well as contract’s interpretation, enforcement and validity belong exclusively to the Italian judge and competence belongs exclusively to the Adria law court (Rovigo).

In compliance with art. 1341 and 1342 Civil Code, I declares to agree to the following clauses: Article 4 – Means of consideration payment and invoicing; Article 5 – Advertisement content; Article 6 – Advertisement placing; Article 7 – Contract content limits and provider responsibility limits; Article 8 – Further advertiser’s obligations and guarantee; Article 10 – Applicable law, jurisdiction and exclusive competence
